Tickets are non-refundable nonexchangeable. Event will proceed no matter the weather. In the case the event is cancelled all tickets will be refunded promptly.
It was a well organized event and really nice to meet people in person. The games that made you talk about deeper ideas were the best and it was nice to learn from others and their experiences. The whole environment was comfortable and fun while meeting people.
